"Blake is an excellent trainer! I live in Texas, and he does not obviously, and he’s been great to work with on making workouts and motivating me. He is always available for questions about exercises and often times will make a video to help and better instruct me in the workout. He provided A ton of knowledge on why and how these exercises he put together would help. He also did a great job of switching out exercises I couldn’t do/ didn’t like. He takes time to personalize interactions, has a pretty good memory, and knows when to push the pedal and knows when to lay off. Overall, I would recommend him to anyone with any skill level in the gym. Great trainer, better guy."
